MOSES ZNAIMER,

Hot on the tail of the acclaimed launch of ZOOMER Magazine – the November issue featuring top model Dayle Haddon is currently on newsstands across Canada – media and generation innovator Moses Znaimer, will make exclusive appearances in Vancouver and Victoria to address audiences on his New Vision Of Aging For Canadian “Zoomers” – derived from Boomers With Zip! – the term he has popularized to define the 14.5 million Canadians 45plus.
Moses is now the President of CARP, Canada’s largest and most powerful organization for the 45plus, and CEO & President of ZoomerMedia (TSXV: ZUM) which publishes ZOOMER Magazine, a suite of e-newsletters and websites including http://www.CARP.ca, the authoritative Zoomer website http://www.50plus.com, and the social networking site http://www.zoomers.ca, and produces the ZoomerShow, Canada’s first large scale consumer tradeshow and lifestyle expo serving the 45plus and those who love and are responsible for them.
It is well known that Moses transformed the aesthetics, politics and economics of television in the 1970s, 80s and 90s. His groundbreaking concepts such as Speaker’s Corner, Videography, Televised Diversity and the Streetfront/Studioless Operating System were at the core of the over 20 popular and independent Stations and Channels he co-founded and executive-produced including Citytv, Bravo!, SPACE, Fashion Television, Book Television, not to mention MuchMusic and MusiquePlus, which served to define an entire generation of Canadian youth in both official languages.
Moses now speaks to that same generation. They were important then, not because they were young, but because they were large in numbers! Now 45plus, they – Zoomers – continue to dominate, in wealth, spending, needs, influence, aspirations, and opinion.
