What is SRES?
Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans and Canadians. VIEW CERTIFICATE HERE
A national program since 1998, the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council® (SAREC®) offers a specific designation, SRES®, to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites.
The SRES content was evaluated and adapted to the Canadian market
with the consultation of CARP, Canada's Association
Fifty Plus and The 50+ Group.
Both CARP and The 50+ Group endorse this training program
Carp and The 50Plus Group have worked closely with Royal Lepage in bringing
this program into Canada, exclusively for Royal Lepage Sales Representatives
and brokers who earn this designation certificate by successfully completing its education program along with other prerequisites. VIEW CERTIFICATE
